We love this bike, its really well done.
The first one we got arrived with a defect on the paint, so I contacted the seller in email (on their site). He called me back the same day at which point he apologized so kindly, he shipped out a new bike and arranged a return label and pick-up for the first one we got.
We really like this bike and more importantly my daughter loves it.
Just for reference, she is 4 and she is 41.5 inches tall with long legs. She can get on and off, but its is a bit tricky, as she could be a bit taller for this feat. In any case, we wanted the bike to last a while. A shorter bike would not last until spring.

My husband got this bike for our greatgrand-daughter as a christmas gift. She loves this bike color and all wants to ride it all the time. Although we put the training wheels on it she thinks she is a pro.
